How to Create a Paypal Account

Important!
Before anything else, we must first meet the basic requirements to do this online jobs
1. You must have a valid E-mail address (Active Email address)
2. You must register to a payment processor like Paypal (This is where they will pay your earnings)

How to create a Paypal Account

Step 1: Sign up for a Personal account in Paypal <---- Click this
Step 2: Make sure you click the Personal Account and select your country

Step 3: Fill up the necessary information in the form and hit the Agree and Create Account

Step 4: If you don't have a Credit Card or Debit Card you may skip this form and just hit the Go to my Account.
To validate your paypal account you must check your E-mail address and click the verification link sent by paypal.
That's it! Congratulations! you have your own Paypal account!.

We can now start to register to some of the Online jobs that I'm doing, by the way even if your paypal is not yet verified, you can still be able to register to our online jobs.

Step 1: You can link a Credit Card or Debit card to your Paypal account in order to get verified, but since many of us can't afford to get a Credit Card, you can apply for an EON Debit Card in Unionbank(this is only for Philippines).

• Go to the nearest Unionbank Branch
  

• Bring 2 Valid ID's (License,Company ID,Student ID or Proof of Billings with your name in it)

• The teller will tell you to wait for 2 weeks to get your card and bring 350 pesos for the annual fee of the card (Note: You need to deposit at least 200 php in your debit card because Paypal requires $1.95 for the Expanded Use # (EXPUSE)for you to be able to verify your Paypal, so bring at least 500 php to make sure. dont worry paypal will return the $1.95 to your paypal account in your first transaction with them.

• The teller will tell you to activate your Card in an ATM the next day or ask the teller when can you activate your EON card.

• Once you already activated your Card in an ATM, you need to enroll your card to their internet banking just visit their website at http://www.unionbankph.com/ and click the Eon Cyber Account. Then probably you will wait for 2-3 days to get it activated.(Note: You will know that your EON card has been activated, if you can log on your Card Number/User and Pin on their website but if not just wait for another day.)
• Once you know that your Card has been activated its time for you to link your card in Paypal.

Step 2: Linking your EON Card to your paypal

A. Just log on to your Paypal account and Go to your Account and click the Profile and you will see a drop down menus, choose ADD/EDIT CREDIT CARD

B. Click the ADD CARD at the lower right portion of the page

C. Fill up the form and click Add Card (IMPORTANT: If you can't link your EON card for some reason,there might be a conflict with your Information in your paypal and Eon Card. The information in your Paypal and EON should be the same to avoid this problem,but if you still can't link your card just call their hotline #84186 to request for assistance and eventually you can request your EXPUSE# to their hotline agent because normally you need to wait 3-4 days for your EXPUSE# to get, So I suggest that you request your Expuse # while you are talking to the hotline agent so you don't need to wait for days in order to verify your Paypal account.

That's it! Congratulation! you are now a verified PAYPAL and you can now withdraw Paypal funds to any Philippines banks.
